Delivery and payment

/Pay securely using a credit or debit card or online banking via wayforpay.com.

/Make the payment directly to our bank account. Please include your order number in the transfer description. Your order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited to our account.

You can pay for your order upon receipt directly at a Nova Poshta branch.

/We try to do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Most often, the shipment takes place the next day after the order is placed, but in some cases, the shipment may take up to 3 business days. In case of problems with the shipment, we will inform you about them using the contact phone number that you left when placing the order.

/Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service at the recipient's expense to the branch

/After sending the order, we send a Nova Poshta declaration number indicating the estimated delivery time. Using the declaration number, you can check the delivery status directly with Nova Poshta via their mobile app, website or support service

/If the model or other characteristics do not suit you, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

And also the product must meet the "Requirements for returning goods.".

/To return, you must provide the product in its original form without damage and traces of use. The rules for returning goods purchased in the online store suntime.net.ua are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if the condition of the goods differs from the one in which you received them. To argue our position, we always send photos of the discrepancy.
In case of return, the buyer pays the cost of return shipping.

/After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for returning the goods have been met, we will refund your payment. For your convenience, we will find an acceptable way for you to return the funds to a bank card, which you can indicate to the manager when discussing the details of the return.
